Complete the Online Application for Enrolment

All enrolment applications are to be submitted online through the Enrolment Portal. A non-refundable enrolment processing fee of $50 is required for the application to be processed.

Important information

Prior to starting an application for enrolment, please make sure you have the following documents which must be attached in order for an application to be submitted:

• Copy of the latest school report (if applicable)
• Copy of latest NAPLAN Results (if applicable)
• Immunisation record
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Passport/Visa (If not born in Australia)
• Non-refundable application fee of $50.00 per student (payable by credit card)

Due to a high number of applications in the Junior School for 2025, please contact our Advancement Team on (07) 4666 9811 enrolments@scotspgc.com.au to further discuss your child’s enrolment prior to submitting your application.

It’s time to meet our people and take a walk around the campus. In addition to a personalised tour, expect to meet those staff who play a key role in the SCOTS PGC learning journey.

After your enrolment interview, we’ll be in contact to discuss your application. If a suitable place is available, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer and your Enrolment Contract from our Enrolments team.

To secure your child’s place at SCOTS PGC, the Letter of Offer and Enrolment Contract must be signed along with payment of the Enrolment Confirmation Fee, within the stated timeframe (usually two weeks).

Upon acceptance of the Enrolment Contract, our Advancement team will assist your family in taking the final steps to complete the enrolment, including:

• Setting an appointment to visit the Uniform Shop
• Selecting subjects (Senior School students)
• Health Centre appointment (to discuss any medical or dietary needs)
• Providing further information to assist with the transition to life at SCOTS PGC
