Sarah Fea is the Business Manager at SCOTS PGC College, overseeing the College’s finance, ICT and operational functions.

A Certified Practising Accountant and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Sarah holds degrees in Commerce and Law and brings more than 20 years of senior executive and leadership experience across education, local government, financial services, aged care, healthcare and community organisations.

Before joining SCOTS PGC, Sarah held several senior roles, including CEO of Killarney Memorial Aged Care, now K-Life; Chief Financial Officer of Warwick Credit Union; and Director of Corporate and Financial Services at Inglewood Shire Council.

Sarah has extensive experience in financial strategy and sustainability, governance, risk management, digital transformation, organisational performance and major change initiatives. She takes a practical, systems-focused approach to leadership, with an emphasis on creating clear, effective and sustainable systems that enable people to perform at their best.

Sarah is passionate about ensuring the College’s resources, systems and operations support its core purpose: providing an outstanding educational experience for students while building a strong and sustainable future for SCOTS PGC College.
